Michael Adebayo: Before the business, I was simply another unemployed graduate trying to figure life out.

Like many students, I graduated believing that once I completed university, getting a job would be the natural next step.

That was the expectation.

Study hard.

Graduate.

Get employed.

Build a career.

But reality didn’t follow that script.

After graduation, I began applying for jobs immediately. I revised my CV countless times. I submitted applications online. I attended interviews whenever opportunities came up.
