Trocstories: Thank you for joining us today. Let’s start from the beginning. Before entrepreneurship, who was Ibrahim Musa?
Ibrahim Musa: Thank you for having me.
Before poultry farming, I was a security guard. I worked long shifts, sometimes 12 hours at a stretch. My salary was about ₦85,000 per month. At the time, I was grateful to have a job because unemployment was high, but I also knew I was stuck.
The salary covered rent, food, transportation, and basic family needs. There was very little left after expenses. If an emergency came up, it became a serious problem. School fees, medical bills, repairs—everything felt like a crisis because there was no financial cushion.
