1. Service Fee (Non-Refundable)

The 0% service fee paid with your first installment is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Customer Cancellation

• If you cancel before completing full payment, a 20% cancellation fee is deducted from your total deposits.
• The balance (minus applicable fees) is refunded immediately to your refund wallet.
• You may withdraw from your refund wallet to your bank account, and withdrawals typically take 1–3 business days.

3. Out-of-Stock Refunds

• If an item is out of stock when full payment is completed, you may select an alternative product of equal value.
• Alternatively, you can request a full refund of all deposits, including the 0% service fee.

4. Vendor or Store Issues

If the vendor fails to deliver, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposits, including the 0% service fee.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• The 0% service fee.
• Shipping and delivery fees once an order has been placed.
• Voluntary cancellations made after order confirmation.
