1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items remain unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and manuals.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
• Fashion items (clothing, shoes, accessories) that have been worn or used.
• Health, beauty, or hygiene products such as skincare, perfumes, and personal care items.
• Clearance or final sale items.

3. Return Process

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email (support@trocmart.com), WhatsApp, or phone (0902 105 7177).
2. Provide your order details along with clear photos or videos highlighting the defect or damage.
3. We will review your submission, confirm eligibility, and share return instructions.
4. Ship the item back to us at your own cost unless the vendor confirms a defect.

4. Resolution

• If the return is approved:
  • You may receive a replacement item (if available).
  • Alternatively, deposits are refunded within 7–14 business days minus the non-refundable 5% service fee and any shipping fees.
• If the return is not approved: The item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

5. Vendor Warranty

• For electronics and appliances, warranty claims follow the vendor or manufacturer warranty terms.
• Trocmart will assist with the warranty process but is not responsible for repair or replacement delays.

6. Important Notes

• The 5% service fee and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued only to the same account or payment method used for installments.
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
